Grand Hyatt Limassol

Grand Hyatt Limassol: An expansive 10-hectare mixed-use development with a 250 m beach frontage, integrating the first 5* branded hotel in Cyprus, 31 high-end beachfront apartments with infinite views across the Mediterranean Sea, and 32 bespoke villas within a gated community surrounded by lush landscaping. The project was designed by the world-renowned SB Architects and the iconic Rockwell Group.

Exclusive amenities include a 3,000 sqm premium fitness center and wellness area with a 25 m indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools for families and adults, large event space, branded beach club, and a variety of rich dining experiences such as a Kyoto-inspired rooftop lounge bar, a retro Italian specialty restaurant, as well as an all-day dining restaurant with succulent Mediterranean cuisine.

The Island Project

The Island Project: Located in Limassol, the project represents a unique large-scale mixed-use development with a total area of more than 30 hectares, which comprises 3 main functions – an education hub for 2,200 students with a boarding school, a sports center with developed indoor and outdoor sport facilities, a 10,000 sqm business park with retail and restaurants, as well as 300 affordable rental apartments and a unified residential community with 200 villas and 240 premium apartments. The master plan was designed by the international bureau Scott Brownrigg.

All functional uses merge to create an innovative neighborhood in Limassol for families to live, learn, work, play, and relax. The majority of the project’s target audience are young couples and families predominantly occupied in the IT industry, who appreciate modern technologies, eco-environment, easily accessible services, efficient layouts, outdoor activities, remote working, smart home systems, energy-efficient solutions, and cutting-edge but simple architecture.

Nilufar

Nilufar Mixed-Use Development: Nestled in the heart of the old town of Paphos, this ambitious mixed-use development with the land total area of 12,000 sqm was designed to become the main point of attraction of the whole city.

The marketing concept of the project represents a quarter of historical and modern buildings with total area of 20,000 sqm and combines a branded boutique hotel for 80 keys, developed F&B area with several restaurants, bars, a brewery and a food court, retail gallery, wellness center, kid’s club and conference facilities, all placed above the 3-level underground parking. The project was designed by SB Architects (USA) as leading architects in close cooperation with local designers and consultants.
