With over a decade of experience in real estate, Alexander is a seasoned professional in property development and construction project management. Since 2017, he has undertaken the management of several major developments for international investors as well as effectively completing numerous smaller projects. As a key figure at M4, Alexander assumes a leadership role, overseeing all client projects. Collaborating with an adept internal team and external partners, he efficiently manages projects of diverse types and varying complexities.

With a rich background in finance spanning over a decade, Nikita is a seasoned specialist in corporate finance, financial analysis, and investment performance management. His expertise extends to a profound understanding of the local real estate market, supported by a comprehensive set of modeling, market analysis, and performance tracking tools. Nikita's role at M4 involves providing financial control, managing investor relations, and spearheading product development. Holding an Honors Master's degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, Nikita is also a CFA Charterholder.

Ekaterina has incredible experience in medium to large-scale BIM design within a sustainable social and residential architecture. Having successfully crafted over 40 designs, ranging from concept to construction documentation, she specializes in BIM-based buildings for public projects spanning 11,000 to 36,000 sq.m. Ekaterina’s passion lies in witnessing architecture harmonize with nature's hues and greenery, achieving this by designing around carefully selected complementary materials.

Katerina brings extensive expertise in cross-border real estate investments, with a proven track record of facilitating transactions across Cyprus, Greece, and broader European markets. She specializes in identifying high-yield opportunities and structuring investment solutions tailored to international clients' objectives. Her deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and market dynamics, combined with an extensive network of institutional partners, enables her to deliver exceptional value to investors seeking exposure to Mediterranean real estate markets. Prior to M4 Capital, Katerina advised on numerous landmark transactions and served as a trusted consultant to family offices and institutional investors.
