Introducing Oulu, an impeccably tailored office project situated in the heart of Paphos’ historic center. Meticulously crafted to align with the distinctive preferences of our client, Oulu not only capitalizes on breathtaking sea views but also boasts a highly optimized, multifunctional layout.

Simultaneously, our design ensures swift approval through the online planning submission scheme, underscoring our commitment to efficiency and client satisfaction.

Architecture: Oulu was developed on the basis of the client’s brief. The project combines a vision of an optimal office space that meets the needs of the company and a modern appearance with elements of restrained masonry style. On the one hand, the project fits into the prevailing environmental ensemble, on the other hand, it stands out favourably due to the original details of its exterior.

Clinker brick tiles are used on the 1st level and mezzanine to give the building a more professional appearance. Subsequent floors are unified by an array of GFRC panel finishes. The building is designed in 3 main levels plus a roof garden, underground parking and a technical cluster above the mezzanine. On the ground level there is also an area for commercial use.
