The architectural concept of the Laan project focuses on achieving equilibrium in a complex viewscape, resulting in a functional multi-unit complex. The exterior design adopts an airy marine motif, incorporating subdued shades of sky blue alongside understated Scandinavian forms in adherence to the ELVE brand aesthetic.

The building, spanning three levels, is seamlessly integrated into the irregular plot shape. Noteworthy attention was given to optimizing layout functionality and zone utilization, ensuring a pragmatic and accessible interior for all occupants.

Rioni project is a modern and comfortable residential complex of 2 buildings, with a swimming pool (5×12 meters), children’s playground and plenty of natural greenery, located in a quiet area of Limassol. Art Nouveau motifs are used adding sophistication to the project’s exterior, while retaining practicality.

The building is designed in 4 levels with a roof garden. On the ground level there are parking spaces, storage rooms for each apartment, as well as a fitness room with panoramic glazing and a view of a flower garden.
